Chocolate is the 4th work in Java's Artisan Series. Chocolate combines sugar and bitter cacao to tell a rich dark delicious story. Chocolate is poured into the mouths of audience members in a world where more is more and fantasies are indulged while tensions seethe beneath the surface. Denial is tasty in this collision of sweet whisperings and acid tongues. Dance, ritual, live music and 20kgs of cacao husks blend to immerse you in a layers of human folly.
