Chocolate combines sugar and bitter cacao to tell a rich dark delicious story. Chocolate is poured into the mouths of audience members as the dulcet tones of a cello lull us all into a false sense of reality. Chocolate is a work where fantasies are indulged, more is more and denial tastes as good as the night before. Chocolate is the 4th work in the Artisan series.
