Secrets in Our Streets

— happening now!
— being created!
— coming soon!
In Secrets of Our Streets Java work with more than 50 locals to create a promenade trail through the town. It is an hour of dance, music and comedy around a central city block. Java work with a local brass band, school choir, hip-hop dancers, musicians and local groups who are keen to join in the journey. An absurd story is spun, in which our heroes, the cleaning crew, are attacked by the mess the rest of us leave behind. The cleaners are cornered, tackled and chased into hiding before emerging in a triumphant final battle. The local town centre rings with the rhythm of locals working together as we celebrate difference within unity.
